By browsing the Peppermeal website, accessing partner restaurant menus, scanning on-table QR codes, or completing digital checkouts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Singapore laws and regulations.
2. Ordering & Dining Services
Peppermeal connects diners with independent restaurant merchants. Each partner restaurant prepares meals in accordance with Singapore Singapore Food Agency (SFA) food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed upon receipt of successful payment or automated counter acknowledgment.
- Allergies & Dietary Notes: While customers may include dietary notes, diners with severe allergies should confirm directly with the restaurant staff.
- Pricing & GST: All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of prevailing 9% Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.
3. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Payments processed via PayNow SGQR or tokenized Stripe cards are credited toward the selected restaurant store. Cancellations and refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the fulfilling restaurant merchant and platform support.
